Lade:
2007 Home & Away Totals
Matches: 22
Goals: 15
Marks: 113
Disposals: 270
Kicks: 181
Hitouts:469

McIntosh:
2007 Home & Away Totals
Matches: 22
Goals: 10
Marks: 102
Disposals: 353
Kicks: 229
Hitouts:411

Cox:
2007 Home & Away Totals
Matches: 19
Goals: 11
Marks: 136
Disposals: 350
Kicks: 203
Hitouts:439

McIntosh and Cox have had more disposals than Lade, but Lade has had more hitouts and kicked more goals.

Lade and McIntosh for mine.If Cox does make it,I think it is on the memory of last years efforts.

It amazes me how so many people on this site can honestly believe Harvey should be on the bench or not in the side at all..

He will probably win the Brownlow, he was again best on ground on the weekend and people still ignore him..

How many West Coast games do you watch during the year? (Serious Question)

Because Dean Cox has had a very good year after a bit of a sluggish start. You said it should be McIntosh and Lade basing it on because Lade has had more Hitouts and Goals..

Cox played three less games than both and is only 4 goals behind Lade and 30 HO, and is ahead easily in everything else, and is ahead of Hamish in everything except for Disposals(where there is very little difference) So if you are basing it on Stats then Cox should clearly be in the side before Both?

IMO it should be Hamish and Cox, McIntosh is arguably the most improved player in the competition and i believe Cox is the best Ruckmen in the league.

What about Dean Laidley as the coach. He has turned the club around this year. They started with 3 straight losses remember and look where they are now. 4th with the double chance

I think Bomber Thompson would have dibs on the coaching gig?

No disrespect to the junkyard dog! Both have turned their teams around

Off topic, but one of my pet hates is seeing teams listed like that. I've been looking at teams listed in the newspaper since i was about 5 or 6, and its always been that the 1st Ruck is listed outside the players in their sit positions. I'm not sure if its a Victorian thing but i've noticed a few times where its been listed like this, and i dont really see why. Minor thing i know but..

I agree. In the Herald Sun, they even list 6 backs, 6 midfield and 6 forwards. It's un-Australian (Rules)!

I find it hard to believe that Ben Rutten is not amongst the best 12 backs in the game

Simple equation - 6 positions, 2 applicants for each. Scarlett and Glass are the best two full backs in the competition this year.

I'd have Scarlett number 1. As a Crows supporter whose girlfriend is a West Coast supporter and have seen a lot of both sides (I never thought I would see so many Eagles games in a season  ), I'd have to go Glass over Rutten.

Agree on Scarlett at No 1 - more disposals than the others and uses the ball well. Rutten the best 'stopper' but arguably aided by game plan. B Harris unlucky to miss squad IMO.

I would have Glass as the best stopper comfortably, probably only been beaten 2-3 times this year..

Harris gets too many goals kicked on him, he has had a great year but still another year or two away from being in the same class as Glass and Scarlett.

I Mentioned this in another thread.. Glass played on Lloyd for three and half quarters and was only switched onto Lucas with about 5 minutes to go...

and Give me a break Anthony Rocca is the most over rated forward in the game.
