I just read in the Age that Jordan Russell has been passed over by Port. They say that Alan Richardson was the one who wasn't keen.

What a dud against good teams.

Round 8 Adelaide V Carlton

I. Callinan - 11 Disposals 4 Marks 3 Tackles 3 Goals 0 Behinds.

Yep played pretty well against a dud side...

Yep Cartlon were carp this year. I will be the first to admit that. Did Callinan get a kick in the finals? I think Eddie Betts had the same amount as him.

Eddie's first full season 19 goals
Ian's first full season 39 goals
And Eddie has only kicked more than that 3 times from his 8 year career.

If they wait until Trade/Free Agency finishes then it doesn't affect Ports compensation for Chaplin/Pearce

There is talk that the Geelong and Rivers discussions have broken down because of list management issues at the cattery. Would love the crows to try and get him. Exactly what we need!

Other mentioned discussions

Tom Murphy to GC

Robert Warnock to GWS

Lachie Hanson to GWS or Freo

Cruze Garlett wants to go back to WA

and they are still reporting Giles lickely to end up back in Adelaide - surely crows the only option bing 2nd ruck to Sauce

Port Adelaides Ben Jacobs wants to return to Vic... I am hoping that Port play hard ball and try to get the best player for him - or at least threaten to redraft him if we cant work out a trade. Essendon are apparently keen - maybe we can get Jobe Watson. Dog act by Jacobs - might print out my own Jacob's dart board seeing as though the advertiser has not printed one!
