the roos knew they would be shit this year and didnt put expectations on themselves like buckley did

Yep, Scott is where Buckley was about 2-3 years ago. Reckon the Roos have shown a bit this year, good drafting and recruiting again and they look capable of building something.

Not a real hard choice....a team that has bottomed out for years now and got quality young draft picks versus a team that has never bottomed out.

Multiple imo. 2-3 years minimum.

unfortunately I think they are more likely to finish last than they are any higher (although Freo are heading south real fast and I think north are a better team than them)
