I'll make comment..

We continue to allow good quality midfielders cut us up.. D Kerr and D Cox - did they have opponents all day??
Doesn't it show how badly the Crows are missing a quality ruckman to compete against the better teams..
I keep questioning the ability to have Doughty / Van Berlo / Shirley in the same team.. not enough options..
Shirley was stitched up completely by Kerr, didn't win the ball or stop his man...
Doughty quiet.. again - doesn't take the game by the scruff of the neck..
Van Berlo - good competitve game - played well I thought - should have been moved onto Kerr though..

The forward line delivery and skills as a whole - absolutely disgraceful.. was that the same team that was so polished against Kangas only 2 weeks ago?? They couldn't hit a target all day + dropped so many chest marks I lost count...

There will be questions asked about our forward line - I don't hold them accountable for the poor performance.. Delivery to them was terrible... Or you had the Crows kicking to a 3 - 1 contest all day.. Bombing it long only works when the numbers at the contest are even, not when it's just bombed in without looking..

On that - Craigy really got outcoached all day, he needed to go man on man - rather then letting West Coast players roam around in the back half without an opponent... Really should have moved Shirley off Kerr and tried a McGregor or Stevens to run with Cox around the ground - he was too quick and had to big a 'motor' for our ruckmen..

Disapointing loss and a big hit to our top 4 chances.. the entire group will be stung by such a poor skilled performance and i'd expect a different team next week against Hawthorn, which has now become a must win..

I know it's on another thread - But the comment made by LBT - that they won't make the 8 on the back of 1 loss to one of the top teams - you really don't have much idea about football.. the crows will bounce back and make the 8 no doubt.. they are what a game behind of 4th and a game ahead of 10th and they have a good percentage don't they??
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

I agree with your post, you have hit the nail on the head. The crows delivery was poor. And as for someone standing Kerr???? I thought the crows would have leant by now that letting the eagles midfield run around like unregistered dogs probably wont work. Man on Man is needed in the middle.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

The Crows won clearances 35-29, were dominant in centre bounce takeways (16-6) and had a 47-34 advantage in hardball-gets

Poor execution and decion making killed us, we need to select players who do not continuously burn the ball
