Doubt you would have $1m+ a year left in your cap.
Unfortunately for the Crows I think they will be screwed royally in this trade.

Not as bad as Hawthorn did with Franklin

The thing is it seemed towards the end of Franklins last season with tbe hawks they were preparing for him leaving. That last season certainly wasn't his best but since then the hawks have won 2 flags and have a tonne of cap space for chasing players.

Imagine the sooking and whinging from the Swans if he retires, 7 more years in their salary cap

The AFL will provide a new rule for that will ensure he wont be in the salary cap. It will be called Fanta or Sprite and there will also be the return of Cola.

Would he have had these issues if he was still at the Hawks? I'm not so sure

The party life got him into strife in Melbourne.
Would think alot of his issues stem from his lifestyle choices

Think you're on to something there REB. Not the first AFL player over the past 10 years to miss finals matches with an out of left field reason.

I can think of a perfect example 9 years ago....

Crows should've traded him last year when the rumours started flying.. they've brought this on themselves that they'll lose out.. if he was considering moving 12 months ago, not much was ever going to change his mind except maybe a flag.

Are you all this simple or just trolling? He would have to agree to a trade, and the only side he was willing to go to is Geelong, who know they get him for nothing the following year. For your sake I hope this is just trolling
