The GWS were definitly not terrible. They wernt great but then again neither was sydney. They showed a bit but will still get some hidings this season. Sydney will not make the top 4. Matty R, you bat shit crazy.

I think the funny thing is that it is even up for review, absolute joke.

Set a perfect example for the kids in the team, how it would have been set for him, and he might get rubbed out for it.

Anderson and Demetriou have a lot to answer for on and off the field during their reign.

Yeah I realise that TSG which is one of the things that AD and AA have to answer for.

I doubt anyone involved in footy over the age of 10 would have got involved thinking there was never going to be incidental contact with the head.

Rub out the deliberate stuff but don't get rid of the stuff that made the game we all love.

They do at other local derbies. What's your issue with this?

Port v Adelaide = Showdown Medal
Brissy v GC = Marcus Ashcroft Medal
Freo v West Coast = Ross Glendinning Medal

They all have a derby medal.

Brett Kirk Medal is justified on the basis.

Agree ZC. It only looked as bad as it was because the handball was a shocker and the Sydney player had to look around for it and consequently left himself open.

I read in todays paper that the Sydney player has a broken jaw from the incident, from the last couple of years the AFL have been trying to eliminate players from jumping in the air to bump an opposition player.

Did I miss Steven Morris snapping his leg or being subbed off? Only scored 3 so far. :(
