if he skulled 2 beers then drove home = over the limit
if he drank 2 beers over 5 overs then drove home, shouldnt be a problem

I think he said he skulled the most famous pint in Adelaide Media History at 1.30 and 1 more beer either before or after and drove home at 3.30

Why did he get fined? Because he "gave the Adelaide Football Club" a bad image?

Well im pretty sure the fallout from him actually getting the fine has done more to damage their brand...I for one think less of the Crows management after this.

Does Bernie Vince have any legal standing when it comes to being fined his wage without reasonable cause?

My work place couldnt fine me if i was to do this at any pub any time!

I know nothing about legalities!!!!

I agree the hireachy has done more damage to their image than what Bernie did.

I also think the way the Crows played last year did a lot more damage to their image as they were "pantsed" in quite a few games.

I'd be looking elsewhere if my employer treated me like that.

Scoob, Im pretty sure if you went to the pub and did something like that, and your place of employment fined you for it, you would think it was stupid.

doing something like that at the pub or getting fined?... If I did that in front of my clients I would probably be sacked or my clients would seriously think about taking their business elsewhere... it wasnt as if he was banned for 8 weeks.

it was at a private function, in a closed bar. its not like he ran down the main street of the town in his boxers. he was not naked, he was not intoxicated (as far as we know) he didnt assault anyone, there was no public urination, nothing.

and so far there is only one "alledged" crows supporter that was offended. we dont even know if it was actually a crows supporter, and not a power supporter trying to cause trouble! this has been massivly blown out of proportion.

By clients you mean supporters, right?
So you're seriously saying that Crows supporters will stop supporting the club because Bernie was in his boxers?
