More of a chick not a dick. Dick is more of a dick.

Intersting selections, good on Lee Spur getting a chance.

We picked Dick in the end, interesting, the only issue with him are his injuries, he can really play though. Thought Port did well in getting McCarthy, another defender for them. They certaintly need that.

Freo I believe took Dawson and Spur in the end.

Yeah i agree stan, am happy with that selection as he can swing forward if needed also.

Good pick up in my opinion. Strange they Brisbane delised him. I think the Hawks also picked up Pattinson I think? Another ruck, so basically 2 ruckmen. Something they needed and now with Hale and Bailey and these 2, they have depth in this department.

Well mate, so far you have picked up Brad Ebert, Renouf and now McCarthy. 3 players with experiance. Should be a better season for you guys next year. Adding in 3 mature bodies like that can only improve the squad.

Apart from GWS I think Port have been the winners of the draft this year.

This year without all the speculation over guys leaving, Port should be more competitive.

So McCarthy has been training with the Tigers, i assume he has done this as he wanted to stay in Melbourne, Power grab him, can he then turn around at the end of next season and say i want to be traded back to a Melbourne club ????

Once drafted they are tied to a club for 2 years. As long as Port can meet his pay demands in their cap they have every right to pick him up.

Primus....

Phillips. Why did we ever pick him up? He is now taking up a spot on our list that we could have used for another rookie.
