6:40pm start in Perth meaning 8:10 start our time. It's only being shown from 8:30 though. 30 minute delay so they'll get to drag it out for the usual 3 and a bit hours

All matches in Perth are only 30 minute delay in SA and not 90.

They showed the St.Kilda vs Geelong match last year (round 14? 15?) LIVE so they can do it, they just choose not to. Think they said once about it so the footy could be a lead into their news.

I laughed about the article in the paper today in essence about the TV audience in Adelaide not liking Monday night footy. If it was played live, and Ch7 treated us with the respect we deserve, they'd play it live and people would watch it. If it wasn't for Carlton playing, I wouldn't have watched past 1/4 time.

There have been some very stupid pieces written in past days about the tv coverage.
I think Dale Lewis' took the cake.
In his piece he claimed that Sunday night games were too tough for families and yet welcomed Monday night games...
I'll post the article if I can find it.

Never mind C7
Today I watched the 1st 5 minutes of the WB V SS game on Foxtel
I then watched the remainder of the 1st qtr without volume
One of the commentators was bloody awful to listen to

Collingwood vs. Geelong could be a sellout and we will still see it on half an hour delay

Half an hour delay??? You sure about that?? Normally they are playing the third quarter by the time the first ball is bounced on tv.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
