Cousins is out for the Tigers, didn't recover from a knock he copped last week apparently.

Gee Neil Craig is a stubborn old prick. 95% of Crows supporters want Griffen and Walker in the side and he just won't do it will he...

Yeah Walker is a popular pick, but Griffen?? I find that unlikely.

Thats because he is coach of the AFC and not coach of the AFC supporters. He is in charge of determining who and why a player should be in the team and not influenced by what a bunch of moronic armchair supporters think like yourself!

The first half was quite ordinary. Many times we spent the ball before we had it, and other times we expected the ball to fall into our hands.

Second half we were a different team. 2 goals to none in the third was good and gave us the momentum. However, when Richmond against the flow kicked that goal early in the last to level the scores, I thought we'd either scrape a 1-2 goal win, or fall over and let them run riot. To my delight, it woke the side up and they were switched on for the rest of the match. By far the best quarter of the season with 8 sensational goals.

The umpiring was very poor this evening. Several times they awarded clear Crows frees to Richmond. Also, how the hell did TWO field umpires miss Dean Polo hit on Douglas (both umps were within 15 metres of the hit) is beyond me. If Giescham doesn't drop both umpires for next week the club should lodge formal complaints against both umpires. As for Polo, he's looking at at least a 4 week suspension for that dog act IMO

Players get off for those hits weekly ,but clearly there 1 or 2 games.

First half was terrible, we put pressure on ourselves once again and fell into old habits by over handballing. 2nd half was a lot better, we dominted play, was first to the ball and pressure was great. Ivan Maric was exceptional all day, he had something like 30 odd hitouts with 13 to advantage and Goodwin got on the end of 8! We saw some vintage Mcleod and Goodwin yesterday with Kurt and Porps finding some form also. Hopefully we can take this last quarter and do that for 4 quarters next week! Danger and Mackay should be back also!!

Fair to say the first 2 and a half quarters were painful to watch. I think they were honestly scared that they were going to lose. Once Johncock kicked that goal early in the last they realised that they would win and actually played with confidence.

Quick, aggressive footy wins matches, and hopefully they realise that now.

Dead set - Tippett one on one is nigh on impossible to beat. Get it in quick and long and odds are he'll drag a mark down or bring it to ground for the smaller fellas to feast on. The bloke is a monster, use him FFS.

Worried about the Johncock injury, while everyone was crapping themselves in the first half he was the bloke who kept us in it. He will be a big loss if the injury is serious.

I believe its a suspected broken arm ginger, not 100% sure but if true thats a big blow for the crows, he was fantastic yesterday.

Watching from the idiot box only, it looked as though many of the Crows weren't prepared to run, tackle and chase with any intensity whatsoever in the first half ... Thankfully they came out of their shells later in the game.

Maric, Johncock, McLeod really kept the Crows in the game early, and cameo's from Tippett and Porplyzia were important.

Crows can still upset a few applecarts before the season is out.
