Draw for season 2010

Ive seem and heard some talk about Collingwoods draw, but thats pretty much normal a normal draw for them. It all comes back to the deal with the MCC and finals.

Anyway my point is have a look at Essendons draw. 19 games in melbourne. They go one better than Collingwood the rivalary continues!

Travel to Sydney, Adelaide and Subiaco though and also play all of last year's top 4 twice so not the best draw. Also have Hawthorn twice who will be looking to make amends for 2009. Tough year for the bombers.

I didnt say it was a easy draw, I was just commenting on the fact that they wont be getting to many frequent flyer points.

Port get North,Richmond,Melbourne,WCE twice. My guess is those 5 will battle out the bottom 6 ( with Freo who we play once )

Guess I'll be struggling to get a double or nothing on our bet from this year then?

Yeah and Essendon as well, however the pies have a massive following and hence when they play at the G they bring in the people, and we all know bums on seats = money and money is what the business is all about.

Minor Round ? Haven't checked recently but I suspect we have about a 50/50 win loss record over the journey now which isn't too bad as we lost about the first 8 matches we played against North upon entering the AFL....

NM won the first 9 times they played Port from 97-2002 and since then it's 7-6 including 0-2 in finals

Overall they are bitches, recently it's more even. Dutchy still wins the debate though because Ruben thought it was 50-50 over the journey.
