I thought they waited until the GRAND Final to decide who wins the flag?
The Cats GF record weighs large IMO. It's a baboon on their backs IMO an the weight of expectation from comments such as the above turns that baboon into a monster gorilla.

No 5hit Sherlock. Boy you Port fans are clever. OK, I'll explain it to you. I believe whoever wins on Sunday can go on and win the premiership IMO. That's if it's ok with you.

What a crock of 5hit. Are you and MW joined at the hip or are you in fact the same poster? I'd like either of you two geniear5es to tell me when this group of players lost a Grand Final. I'd also like you to explain how my comment is going to affect the outcome of this year's premiership.

Clever joke REB, some people probably think you are serious! Neither of Sunday's teams will win the flag.

Constance_Perm wrote:Great win by Port ... Power fans won't like this analogy, but I reckon they are travelling much like the Crows of 97, playing some of their best footy when behind, refusing to give up, and confounding the critics ... There's a lot of people still not paying Port their due respects and it could very well bite them on the ass!

Cracking win by the lads. Forced to listen online, but the replay is on at midnight London time. Can't frigging wait.
May still have to book a flight home in 3 weeks time for the weekend!!!!
Dutchy, no fears on the Port side of the draw........for Port Adelaide. Who would want to make the trip to AAMI for a Prelim where the Powwwaaaa are undefeated in Prelims?
September = best month of the year!
sure about that da dont think the kangas or the CROWS will mind playing port at aami in a prelim![]()

Port will play the winner of the Hawthorn v Loser of Kangaroos v Geelong in the Prelim
Collingwood are in the other side of the draw now

So to win the premiership, you need to play really good footy in all the finals? What type of premiership football did the Crows play against Melbourne in 1998? It comes down to how you play on the day, not how you played 14 days earlier.
