Seriously its like an episode of benny hill in there. Andruska probably could not recall just about anything. I was reading through gilbert gardeners tweets as well as a few others. To be honest I cam see why Essenson went down this path now. Regardless of if they are in the wrong or not I believe they feel confident of beating ASADA with a few good lawyers. Based on yesterday this would appear to be the case.

You know, my old man and myself always had this conversation going when we caught up. He would ask me what I know, I would say yeag nothing much, he would then say well people may think your stupid but at least you cant get into any trouble. And we would both laugh, bit of a silly joke over so many years. But I see that Andruska was actually applying that principal yesterday. We are both now keenly watching to see if that holds up on court.

I personally just cannot see how the EFC could take Hird back with open arms next season, caused way to much drama for one football club over a 12 to 24 month period. Lost a lot of respect for a bloke i once held in high regard.

How? He oversaw, as senior coach, a project of injections that numerous other AFL and NRL clubs undertook. They were investigated and 'found out'. He, on behalf of the club and players, whether coerced or threatened, took full responsibility. The longer this has gone on, the more respect I have gained for him, as when the fallout occurred I lost a lot!
What's his other option? Resign and walk away in a time where the club needs him. Everyone would have jumped down his throat then calling him gutless and a coward! Damned if you do, damned if you don't. I blame the media heavily for this commotion.

Harrington is actually hammerig them down at Walker. But there is a bit of Matty Hayden about Walker. On the front foot and attacking. Hes digging in here and looks up for the fight.

Unfortunately despite what Warner and alot of others think about the trial the final result rests with the judge. All though we seem well infront its still possible the judge may rule against us in the end

Correct.
Still think we may win the case but the judge wont overturn the existing show cause notices. ASADA were much better on thr stand today

Its amazing what happens when you have some idea of what your doing. Walker was apparently very good on the stand today.
