Not a Crows fan but I put a bit of money on them to win.

Missed oppurtunities, game should of been over at half time, missed some easy easy goals.

In the third the pressure lifted and the Crows sucked, started to kick sideways..... never a succesful way to play when the game was still on.

No forwardline structure either... Dangerfield is highly overated, always wanted the one over the top and wouldnt position himself to take a mark.

Crows should of won and their supporters should be pissed.

Biggest loss tonight was the run from the back pockets in stiffy and jaensch. has been our problem all year that when things go wrong their are too many passengers not willing to stand up and out their bodies on the line. bloody soft performance. Going to take a long time to get out of this funk that is going on at the moment.

Not massively, got within 2 goals of a top 8 side with Johncock (easily BOG at the time) going off in the 2nd quarter to not return. Jaensch also missed the 2nd half. Wasn't confident when Henderson missed that sitter right on half time.

Please Tell me your not serious?

Essendon are ordinary and to lose from that position at home that the crows were in is a borderline disgraceful.

Sloane missing a goal from the goal square (Just about) Tambling and others dropping easy marks, forwards not providing an option, Absolutley pathetic after half time (2 Goals only).

probably the first Fri night game I watched last night, for such a tall strong forward Tippet goes to ground far too easily in the marking contests

Was some pretty decent performances from younger players that would provide a little consolation for Crows fans .. Petrenko, Sloane, Wright, Otten and Talia all showed a fair bit at different times - Jacobs was a monster in the ruck at times too.

Thompson wins plenty of the ball but makes a bad blue by foot 1 in 5, and the free kick he gave away off the ball late in the game was just stupid and should never happen, especially from a leader.

Van Berlo, Reilly, Doughty, Symes .. The day these blokes are replaced by better performers will be the day the Crows can start looking up.

Last night was a good example also, of how handball when executed properly can cut through the lines (both teams showed it), but also how damaging it can be one when link of the chain coughs it up under pressure.

I reckon that will be another 100 season ticket holders not return after that performance.

Very impressed by Sloane and Talia, some good signs there for the Crows future. Jacobs tried hard all night but Ryder and Hille started to monster him later on, he needed some help but Moran is useless. Tambling is a shocker, dropped chest marks and turned the ball over every time. For the crows to be a force again they need to flick guys like tambling, henderson, moran and symes.
