Jacobs will miss more than 1-2 weeks club possibly looking at a op. Has had a dodgey knee for a couple of seasons so may look to get it fixed.

Poor prick has carried the team's ruck duties single-handedly for too long, you just can't do that to champion players and expect them to keep getting up, unfortunately his decline has happened too rapidly and his best days are behind him, I hope not though.

Any decent AFL-suitable ruckmen in the SANFL at the moment. Baulderstone wouldn't be cut out for AFL, with no Fort, Osborn, Brooksby, Sweet etc, is there much left that the Crows might look at mid-season?

Pyke was saying this morning on the radio that O'Brien was level with Jacobs but experience put Jacobs just in front for round 1 selection, without any form of inside info I call BS.

They gotta pump games into O'Reilly though, even if it means playing both.

Fair debate, different types of ruckmen.

Very similar stats, Rehn does him for average disposals and marks, Primus does him for goals, tackles and hit outs.

Rehn was brilliant in 1998, Primus in 2001 & 2002.

Rehn was better in the air, Primus around the ground doing bullocking work.

Rehn will be, rightly, remembered as a better player, unfortunately we didn't get to see the best of them both with knee injuries doing them no favors.

Primus played two games in '99 because of a knee, '03 he played 9 games because of a knee and we all know what happened in '04.

The rules were changed to stop his style of ruck work, he was just too big for some opponents to handle.

Like to see Ladey’s stats.
He was better than Primus IMO.
