Had a look at the Adelaide Big footy board.
I read that someone was comparing Reilly's disposal to Darren Jarman's.
Promptly hit the "close" icon.

Reverse the 1 point loss to freo, and two point loss to st kilda, and the Pride Of would be in the top four again. They are not as far away as port power fans wish.

A good side wins the close games. Look at Port and Brisbane in their premiership years - more often than not, they won the close games.

Granted the opposition should have been beaten but I still think luck plays a part when one point is the margin. The crows have had more close wins than losses during 05 & 06, this year less so.

Crows were all over the Saints and let it slip and Freo are shite. The Blackbirds are very ordinary and still relying on the same McLeods, Edwards, Ruccuitos, Bassetts, Burtons, Ruttens and Johncocks as they did last season. Van Berlo and Knights have stepped up and Thompson has been serviceable but perhaps the Cows should be called the Hype of South Australia.

they say the crows are having a horrid run this yr with injuries, intersting to note in todays sunday mail that they have only used 31 players, geelong have used 30.
does this say that the crows' list hasnt got that much depth or does neil craig rely heavily on their best 18?

Thought I'd get in early before Booney unleashes his material in September.....

A primary teacher starts a new job at a school in Port Adelaide and,
trying to make a good impression on her first day, explains to her
class that she is a Port Power fan. She asks her students to raise
their hands if they, too, are Port Power fans. Everyone in the class
raises their hand except one little girl.

The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says: "Mary, why didn't

you raise your hand?" "Because I'm not a Port Power fan," she replied.

The teacher, still shocked, asked: "Well, if you're not a Port Power
fan, then who are you a fan of?" "I'm a Crows fan, and proud of it,"
Mary replied. The teacher could not believe her ears.

"Mary, why are you a Crows fan?" My mum and dad were born and raised
in Glenelg , so my mum is a Crows fan and my dad is a Crows fan, and
so I'm a Crows fan too!"

"Well," said the teacher, in an obviously annoyed tone, "that's no
reason for you to be a Crows fan. You don't have to be just like your
parents all of the time. What if your mum was a prostitute, your dad
was a drug addict, and your brother was a car thief, what would you be
then?" "Then," Mary said,

"I'd be a Port Power fan."

Boom Tish!!!

*Tassie contacts Telstra to have computer disconnected in September to avioid the crows miss the finals jokes......*
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
