Ridiculous statement - the Crows are out of the eight on percentage after two prelim final years. They have an enormous amount to lose.

but no one really thinks the Crows have a chance, they may make the eight but are they going to cause any problems?

No. Not this poster, anyway.

fair enough, we all have our opinions, the crows may make the eight but they will not be a real threat and thats just my opinion

Betting on him for the first point would be smarter, have you seen him kick?

North supporters have said for the last 2 years that the only difference between Gilly being a SANFL player and a AFL superstar is the simple fact he can't kick.

The crows are in big strife now, good to see Gill have a crack, but, yeah, he was pretty jittery in front of goal eh.

I would have thought he Crows would have had someone working with him on his kicking all this season - unless they never intended to use him this year! At least he competes as does Maric - I'd like to see them both get more time on the ground for the rest of the season.

Earlier this week KG was asked by Pilko about how good 'this Nick Gill' is. KG responded by saying 'Yeah he's good, he's got a great kick'! Thus proving that KG is not only deluded, he tells porkies - I doubt he had ever seen Gill play until today.

Coming from a club that has probably the best, most technically corrrect kicker ever as an assistant (one D Jarman), it is totally amazing how ordinary a kick both he and Perrie are.

Nick is an average kick at best but I think nerves had a fair bit to do with it today. Yes they were gimmes but an average kick becomes even more average in those circumstances.

Definitely some work to do but he'll never be Fud. The Crows knew that when they drafted him.
