Bevan - Played the last 8 games straight for the Swans (48 in total) averaging over 11 possies per game, hardly "in & out"
Staker - Played 12 games this season avergaing 15 disposal per game, 69 in total for 46 goals - says plenty
Tenace - Played 9 games this year including 8 of the last 9 averaging 17 disp per game (2 games of 27 & 28 possies) - traded?
Firrito - If not already this is where you completely lose it, being touted as an All Australian this year, not even going to go into the stats, anyone who follows AFL knows how good he has been this year
Rivers - Been unlucky with injury this year but played 22 games last year at CHB averaging 13 possies and 6 marks finishing 8th in the B & F, one year wonder?
LeCras - Played 9 games this year including the last 6 averaging 2 goals per game, for a small forward whos played 15 games what more can you ask for?
you idiot...
Bevan- Listen to ANY Swans fans take on him, they all want him gone. Got to love this comment:
Bevan will throw himself into a pack, at the ball with no respect for his body. This is SOMETIMES at detriment to the team. He will throw himself into a contest, when he could have kept his feet and done something constructive... BUT he also lacks FOOTBALL SKILLS. Does not have a football brain, he decision making is questionable (at best) and his skills by hand and foot are simply not up to AFL standard.
Staker average possessions per game by year:
2003: 7.4
2004: 9
2005: 11.8
2006: 11.8
2007: 15.3
Hardly inspiring stats, and I don’t even see him as a formality to come back into their side. And at 23 years of age it's only now that he's averaging 12+ possessions. AVERAGE.
See REB's thoughts on Tenace. Of course he can find the ball, but it's what he does with it that's the issue.
Firrito is probably better than I gave him credit for, this is the only one I'll give you.
Rivers and LeCras still have a lot to prove.
