Thought Dale Thomas' goal the other week would rival motlop, but for skill, you couldn't kick a chequeside that accurately that far too often.
With thomas the arc of the ball took itself towards goals, whereas motlop bent his away, the difficulty beyond any normal shot.
Danyle Pearce's was a stunning running effort, but any player with a bit of toe could do that, Motlop's was top draw bullshit.
I think he deliberately tried to make it hard so he could win the competition, there's a bit of money involved yeah?

Motlop has Pearce easily covered for mine ... Agree with SS too that Dale Thomas was denied a serious contender
