Not as much as getting a 9 year contract.

the only thing a west coast player would get 9 years is for a jail sentence...

Wub, did you just replay a second time to the same comment?

You know there is an edit feature.

i did....

If Kenny comes out and says "leave him alone, all of you" look out.

As long as he is mentally focused he will be a great get for Port. His best is unbelievable but his worst is Butcheresque. He is not in the elite class but consistancy is all that is stopping him from getting there. He can be hard work but the other players loved him at the club

Teal is a deep blue-green color; a dark cyan.

Teal gets its name from the colored area around the eyes of the common teal, a member of the duck family.

The first written use of Teal as a color name in English was in 1917.[1]

So, since 1917 it seems the color name "teal" has referred to a deep blue-green or cyan color.

Who cares what Teal is. Its just good to see after too many attempts at trying to get their guernsey right for home, away/clash and pre-season, Port have finally done it. Some of those other guernseys were horrendous.

A black one for home and a white one for away was pretty good.

And they've been wearing those for years.

Why can't other clubs work it out?

Every club should have a Guernsey that is mostly white. It's really not that hard apart from Collingwood and they should be told

As you say the source of the colour name is the Teal Duck which I posted a picture of above.
Similarly, the "Turquoise"name is derived from the colour of the gemstone - see below.
Which do you think the Power wear?

The drift to numerous variations of "Teal" is people - and paint makers - just being sloppy or ignorant.

PS: I don't mind the guernsey they've designed I just object to calling it Teal when it isn't.
(The duck is the final authority! ;) )
