Chad Cornes Retires

As much as I always seemed to have an intense dislike for Warren Tredrea and Chad Cornes, I have considered him very hard done by to not have played more this year, and I have been very impressed by his apparent work ethic and desire to fight his way back into the team.

When he got back into the team, I was very impressed- he would have been in their better players every time (IMO).

Congrats Chad on a fantastic career, although I hope he does not renege on his word, and line up for GWS.

I have always enjoyed watching the Chad play and it is a shame to see him go when he still has some footy in him.

I'll be at the game Saturday night to give him a cheer at his last game.

Reckon Booney's post sums it up beautifully, but well done to the Chad.

Has been a great player, wears his heart on his sleeve, and even to the very end he's displaying a club first attitude .. Congrats on a brilliant career!!

Yeah i know that mate but whats the point in viewing it when 1) no one posts in there and 2) i cant post in there. atleast the adelaide board has t07 posting crap in there

Was disappointed to see Port fans leave the game early today - some only 5-10 minutes before the final siren - and not staying to see him off as he deserves after such a great career at the club.
