Fev is 191cm and 100Kgs
Brown is 195 and 102

we have in our defence

Lake, 195cm and 104kg
Williams, 196 and 101
Morris, 190 and 92
Hargrave, 190 and 85

Morris will go to Fev
Lake to Brown
Williams to Staker
Hargrave to Brennan

or would Williams go to brown so Lake could play closer to goal?

Lake has to go to Brown. Brown will carve up Williams. You shut down brown and you'll go pretty close to carving up the lions.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

Have been wondering aloud for a while about the hype surrounding the Bulldogs. Not sure that many teams who seem to rely a fair bit on a 33 year old to kick them to a finals series, are going to go that deep into September. That's not allowing for Brad Johnson (about to turn 34) and Jason Akermanis (also 33). Have a very solid defence that gathers plenty of possession and a player that is still very underrated in ruck in Ben Hudson, but just still not sure about them.
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

they will trouble enough sides, & dependent on injuries, are capable enough of going deep into September, where their experienced players will be valuable.
If they have a window of opportunity this year, I doubt it will be there next year.

Been quietly impressed with Jarrad Grant. Improving with every game and just needs to beef up over the next pre-season to start having a big impact on games.

given that the 'Pies are "pretenders" after losing to Geelong, Western Bulldogs definitely are, losing to Essendon

If Aker gets the sack today, it will officially be the end of players using their opinion (ie, non-cliche's) in the media.

Yep, he needs to run around in the ressies, but FFS, let the bloke speak and don't hound him if you misinterpret what was said/written.

Quite right. If he gets the flick, there will be 100% yeah-nah interviews, instead of 99% we've got.

I'm assuming Julia Gulia made an off the cuff remark about having more chance of playing FF for Western Bulldogs than overtaking Rudd? or something to that affect?

What she should have said is 'I'm as likely to take over from Rudd as the Bulldogs are of losing a Prelim Final'.

Aker acted upon it while we all just thought it

 http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/sport/afl ... 5883678678

THE WESTERN Bulldogs have been quick to claim new Prime Minister Julia Gillard as their own.
Ms Gillard said she had already received a text from Jason Akermanis asking if she will fulfill her role as "full forward of the Western Bulldogs" - after her quip a few weeks ago that she had more chance of replacing Barry Hall than become PM of Australia.
The Western Bulldogs coach Rodney Eade was delighted to hear Julia Gillard, an avid Doggies fan and participant in the Herald Sun SuperCoach SuperLeague, was the new Prime Minister and he quickly offered her a new role at Whitten Oval.

''On the back of her comments earlier, we can now move her from full-forward out to centre half-forward. We're very happy to accommodate her in our forward line,'' Eade joked this morning, adding the sweeping political change in Canberra was obviously well received in his neck of the woods.”
