Talk on the national game

I think the assistants from West Coast / Crows and Sydney will be sought after as well !!!

Alot of clubs will be wondering what are they doing - that we are not. :-k

Maybe they might go for someone outside of the Essendon family, someone like Don Pyke could be a smokey and remember the ex crows coach is now at the Bombers

Rumour has it that Choco would not leave the Power for any other coaching job except for Collingwoods

I have heard this as well !!!

The crows got Pyke as an assistant out of the blue and no one saw it coming - Except the person who made the decision. Some one saw something that no one else did.

Sheedys' job at Essendon is safe as the Commonwealth Bank...! He will turn it around, we all know that....! Thats the benefit

of staying with a long time coach...! A coach must try things. He must be given a free range to experiment...! Sheeds will

turn it around, Wait and see....!
Smile :)

It's only Money $$$ :)

What is happening to our SANFL guys...

Dog_ger

well Sheedy has been living off past results, it's been 6 years since he has turned it around, I think he has preformed some of the biggest con jobs in football, making people think Essendon is on the right track when reality is they have made some serious blunders

I agree with Dogger. Sheedy hasn't lasted this long without knowing a few survival tricks. He has more lives than a cat.

latest news from the crows

Ruckman Matthew Clarke has been ruled out of Friday night's game against Essendon at AAMI Stadium.

But captain Mark Ricciuto, Tyson Edwards and Brett Burton all trained on Thursday morning and appear ready to face the Bombers.

Crows coach Nel Craig said Clarke, who has been troubled by a sore Achilles tendon, will be replaced by first-year ruckman Ivan Maric.

There is expected to be just one other change to the 22, with Edwards returning after recovering from an ankle injury.

They've got 22 cracks running around for them at the moment. Now that the Bombers have lost their crack players they are now on the bottom.

even though the bombers win / loss ratio isn't promising by memory they have only been belted the once, lets home for a competitve game

and as Mal would say, lets hope it's a nice game of footy to watch
