He seems to be working well up forward. I mean what has he kicked in the last 3 weeks, something like 15 goals

16 goals in last 4 games, 2 against Bris, 5 Carl, 4 Haw, 5 Ess. Coming into some form one would think 8)
Adelaide have found a couple of good small forwards in Porps and Knights who are both good overhead, getting the ball, crumbing off the packs and kicking for goal. Not to mention they are both servicable in the midfield.

How many of those goals have been outside 50m if anyone has stats for that? Seems to be the majority from what i've seen.

I reckon 1 or 2 against the Bombers, about 3 against Hawks and not sure for the Carlton game.

it was in superfooty today. 1 against each of these teams - collingwood, brisbane, carlton and essendon and then 4 against hawthorn. do you think there will be more of a run with role from opposition coaches on him now? if so can he shake it? thoughts?

On the couch had some interesting stats that show knights as the second player with the most goals outside 50 this season with 8 goals 1 behind. i have been very skeptical of Knighta purely because of his disposal around the ground costing us on the rebound. But i think he is in a perfect role across HF. His ball winning ability and running capacity were never doubted and with him pushing up to the wing then running towards goals he is hard to match with pace and his long kick.

Hopefully continues his impressive recent form.

the only player that beats him for outside 50 goals is Jonathan Brown.

Desitned to a big future in the tri-colours. Knighter is a gun. The way he has performed since returning from injury has been nothing short of sensational.

Love the way Knights plays and has been great for the Crows..
Would like to see him handball a bit more.. but while he's slotting goals - can't complain!!
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

No we don't want him having to make decisions and taking too long - he should go for goal every time he gets it.

That right foot pass was spectacular. Almost the form player of the comp right now.

he is playing some good footy. he still wasnt at his best as he has been for the past month. IMHO i still think he has a little way to go to be up there with the "elite" midfielders, but in saying that he is doing all the right things and people are starting to take notice of him. when he is going though is a player i think any coach would like to have in their team.
