Now 3-5 when could easily be 6-2 if not for wasted oppurtunities and they are not that flash. Very Frustrating.

And you could have been 2-6 if you had dropped that close match to Melbourne. No, 3-5 is about right for your lot despite that solid effort in Sydney.

honestly cant see us winning another game if we continue to just turn it over as easy as we do.. also there doesnt seem to be any direction into the forwards, its always a case of bombing it in and hoping for the best..
serious question!!! is worsfold safe as coach??

some encouraging signs lastnight pup??
worsha has said he can get us into finals in 2010 and i think he could be right what do you think??
i was confused with his game plan but when we dont turn it over it looks like it works... and by 2010 ther will be a heap of blokes in that 40 to 80 game bracket.. that is the diff IMO..

Interesting fact:
Meanwhile, the Eagles extended their interstate losing streak to 18 straight games. They have not won on the road since round 21, 2007, and not at the MCG since round five of that year.

Interesting........but not surprising.
Choco Williams Lives!!! We have seen the REVOLUTION come and go. You have "LIVED THE CREED". All you Power people are now gonna have to "KEEP THE FAITH". Slogan for 2010-11 PAFC.....or is it PAPFC.......I never get it right.

Yeah we were good against Hawthorn but have been very very ordinary since then, Personally i love when the side wins but if that win costs us that priority pick then i will be a bit disappointed. Two picks inside the top 5 would be very handy to add to the current list particularly given the draft situation over the next few years.

Our skills are still atrocious and i am not sure how Broadbridge still has a job at the club as skills coach because they have not improved at all over the last 18 months.

I think Finals in 2010 is unlikely, 2011 for sure but at the moment the 8 looks a world away from where we are at.

Positives in 2009 so far for me.

Josh Kennedy- Has been really good and my opinions of him at Carlton are really starting to turn around because he is going to be a very very good player.

Shannon Hurn- One man who's skills dont seem to be getting worse, has had a super year and will finish top 2-3 in the best and fairest.

Mark LeCras- 6th on the goal kicking table and really has been a revelation, will kick 50+ for the year and as a small leading forward is a super effort, Still to see the best of him and he will become a very good midfielder.

Negatives

Daniel Kerr- Cant break tags, does not seem to want to be out there and can not kick. We all know how good he is but he needs to loft and lift considerably.

Skills- Atrocious, Woeful, Laughable and Embarrassing for an AFL club. No more needs to be said.

Mark Nicoski- was a valuable player in the 2005/6/7 sides but is just about finished at the club IMO. Can not kick, and is no where near accountable enough.
