If Choco went to Brisbane perhaps Port should approach Voss. He might persuade Brown to come down and join him after Brownie has come to realise Lethal was not so bad after all...

I really don't believe that -it was probably a rumour started by the Victorian press to keep the contract deal story going.

Here's a couple of extracts from an article today:

Brown said he came to terms on a new contract with the Lions on the weekend, before he became aware of Matthews's decision to quit.

"It was a shock. We weren't expecting it. It's all happened pretty quickly," Brown said. "He's been a fantastic mentor and more importantly, a friend."

I think it's more the case of Matthews getting stale with the current group and getting out before he overstayed.

I heard the same thing today from a mate in QLD, Choco to coach Brisbane in 09.
Port fans will be happy with that!

Rubbish. I'll be gutted when Chocco leaves the Power.
I love the great man.

Voss to coach with the Fly as his 2IC. Lethal will stay up in Queensland as a mentor to Voss while employed by AFL to help with Gold Coast. Aka to come back home. My theory only.

We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.
