ACL injuries are more prelevant in women than men. Especially at "that time of the month"... true story...


Like I said before FC, I understand whe people say ACLs aren't an overuse injury, but couldn't poor muscle conditioning around the knee be caused by overtraining?


Probably not overtraining Andy, but undertraining/ lack of specificity in weight training to build the muscles that are specific to the sport. Even then, especially with sports like footy and skiing it's a game of luck..(or unluck if you like :wink: )
