To me it's crystal clear, the obscure decision of handing Glass the captaincy will leave him a shattered and broken man and the club will be left to pick up the pieces of their stained reputation. I'm sure he will bottle it and it would never happen under Jars. To cap it off, everyone will feel screwed that Glass made a spectacle of himself and have a good w(h)ine about the pane they are left with.
