Also pretty surprised to hear they got 49,000+. I only counted 47

Adam Goodes is a protected species. Not a lot different to sidebottom

just watched the incident and honestly, there is absolutely nothing in that. and if that was a player from your club you would be thinking it was absolutely fine that he got off that.

it is completely different to sidebottom because the ball was there. he also barely touched him.

bloody ridiculous that you guys think that deserved weeks.

Sidebottom was naughty but it was just a clip and from memory has a good record. 3 friggin weeks!

Goodes has sniped more than once in his career and gets let off?

How can the AFL justify this one?

sidey concussed the bloke and he didnt come back on for the rest of the game.

selwood got straight back up and continued playing.

He had a quick look then jumped into him Benny.

Took his eye off the ball, didnt have to jump, made high contact...thats what i saw. Put those 3 together and its at least a week, and has priors.

nope, you need force too. its pretty clear cut what the MRP assess on.

of course if the contact was forceful he would have gone for weeks.

Selwood always bounces straight back up. That doesn't mean the action was negligent, intentional, reckless

you are missing contact guys.

doesnt matter what you do if the contact is so low that its not reportable.

hence why guys dont go for striking every week when they give each other a little jab in the ribs.

Goodes hit Selwood hard, a lot harder than Steele did so your argument is flawed.

Did you see Selwoods face after the contact, he wasnt too happy or moving to well for a while.
If it wasnt Goodes he would have been in that persons face big time.
