Interesting comments I read about the AFL Coaches Association, they were upset they hadn't been told of Sandersons sacking.

What do they think they were going to do?

What would be the chances of Paul Roo's leaving Melbourne?

I really find the crows an endless source of amusement (and no I'm not a Port supporter). I was unaware that just 9 months ago - Sanderson was offered a 2 year extension on his contract... and now he has been sacked! The last 3 or 4 years they have more or less moved from one farce to another - Players walking out - Tippett, Gunston, Davis etc; the Trigg/Tippett thing, and now another coach sacked.... Despite this the "morons" that make up the Adelaide media continue to build the crows up as the best thing since sliced bread. This in turn rubs of on the crows supporters and their unrealistic expectations.
I think the crows actually have some good individual players..... but they play like individuals..... I'll let the crows supporters work out who they may be.
Anyway interesting times ahead, particularly as the crows have admitted they don't have anyone already lined up.... watch this space, could it get worse for them before it gets any better?

Rowey saying he thinks they have someone lined up. I probably agree. Or maybe I am just hoping...

if they have someone lined up they would be well informed to announce it ASAP

Freo didn't waste any time when they sacked Harvey for Lyon

oh dear

none of the current assistants will get it

Ricciuto??? lol

Brendan Bolton - well according to Chapman - Sanderson was a positive person, they couldn't handle Bolton

Hewitt is the value at $51 - knows how to perform at the top level, but taking a paycut?? may have to take his west lakes property off the market...

Mark Williams and Bomber Thompson are the only Premiership coaches in that list..........

its good for a giggle that list

if Goodwin gets the gig then it is clearly a boys club mentality still down there!

Goodwin will be at Melbourne from 2015 and to be Roos' successor from 2017.
