Keep the league together mate, it doesn't matter if a few ringins get a gig in the league. The system will automatically fill it. That way any late comers have all day today to get it sorted. I'm into SC and DT as soon as it's up. I had my first draft on Fanfooty in January LOL.

When the head to head matches start in the Hogg Shield I will be doing some brief write ups of Hogg Premier and Division I and II. For the other divisions to have a write up on them we need a scribe to volunteer to keep everyone abreast of all divvys of the Hogg. We need a Hogg Division III scribe and great work CoverKing for volunteering to be the Division IV scribe love your work.

All we really need to know is who is in the promotion and relegation spots and perhaps an overall league ranking so we can compare which Hogg really is the best. Remember the whole Divisional format is to make Hogg Premier a much stronger league than it was last year when it was ranked in the 5000's which is pretty piss poor really.

The ideal captain in SuperCoach, is it Pavlich, Ablett, Judd, Corey, Bartel??
I was thinking of going with a roughie in round 1 who i am hoping will kick a bag of goals. The person is not a key forward though. Looking forward to see how everyone else goes.

once the first few rounds are over, we can have a closer look at who is scoring the most points etc..... and re-organise our teams!

Someone who regularly scores in excess of 110 and has the ability to post huge numbers is the ideal captain. I went with Cox all year last year and while he occasionly failed because of his foot injury he was still very good. i think it is important to stick with the same bloke unless they are having a horror trot otherwise you can be left kicking yourself. If you have Ablett then he is your man.

We dont start playing each other until round 3 do we REB?

pup i think its round 4 we start.

I have in recent years stuck with Pavlich, he missed one/two games at the end of the year but played 160 before hand. Constantly kicking 60 goals a year, he runs through the midfield, always effective in his possies and takes a fair few marks, and competitive marks. I was thinking of going someone else this year, or even a differnt view in picking the player who i think will dominate against a poor side, eg: chad cornes v the bombers. but i will stick to corey for round one i have decided after 30 or so changes. Was looking at steve johnson as i see him gettin a fair few touches and setting the scene for Friday night football for the year to come.

Let's hope a couple more people get in on Div 4. If a couple want to join it as their second league, i guess its probably better then having randoms come in. REB wat u think of that??

the players in higher divs wouldn't do it!!! they wouldn't wanna get beaten by lower div sides!!! enter if you dare! us lower div sides hit behind the play when the umps aren't lookin and are known for our laziness and lower skill level...

The REBcats are already in three leagues. It's a good idea though CK. Nuggety, if you wanna play against teams in the higher divisions you'll have to earn it sunshine. 8)
