Boak averaged 28 touches and 5 tackles per game, despite Wines' obvious stellar season I still think Boak is our barometer along with Lycett, we are a completely different side without them in it.
Our pitiful performance against Brisbane highlighted Boak's importance to the side.
But still, it matters not as he wouldn't have made the final 22.
Great to see Sean Darcy in there, I wonder if he gets to sit on the pine instead of Nic Nat?
It's a bit of a process of elimination for the remainder of the positions, I'd like to see Touk Miller rewarded, Aliir's late in the season form might get him over the line as he's fresh in everyone's head.
Touk Miller absolutely has to be in there. I watch most games every year and the leap he has made has been amazing. When the rest of the kids are just jogging he just keeps plowing in. When his ruckman went down he just keeps plowing in. When his main support Greenwood went down he just keeps plowing in. If could snaffle one bloke for the Cats it would be Miller.
