Jim can say what he likes. No reason anyone has to like the opposition or wish them well. Enough of that bullshit goes on amongst the players these days. There's no passion anymore, its a job for the players and coaches. The only ones with passion and loyalty are the fans.
Everytime we play Geelong i hope Selwood gets his head ripped off and concussed for a week and somebody makes Hawkins drink through a straw for a month so that smile gets wiped off his face.

And that's what separates you from me. I NEVER want any opponent injured in any way. You'll note that I didn't say anything when Howe was injured last night despite hating/despising Collingwood.

Good on you for thinking that way. I'll keep that in mind.

Yeh I wondered the same thing. I thought you were brought back to the centre sq. That was just shy of the centre of the ground. Either way, it was a poorly implemented 50.

Still don't know exactly what it was for either but that's another story.

The only think I could think it was for is if there is a protected zone from a kickout and he entered it.

Surely you're not surprised by one of them though.

And no red tins involved.

Also did anyone get the crowd figures at all, because that is the key figure isn't it?

But the Essendon player had played on from the kick out. Betts shouldn’t have been penalised at all. If anything he himself should’ve got a free for being blocked/shepherded more than 5m off the ball. It could’ve cost them the game.

AFL says the penalty against Betts was correct as he encroached the line before Saad went out of the square

Dermie "15 points this year is more than 15 points in years gone by" and we have Dwayne with him, should be an entertaining call to make up for the game

I’m watching at the pub while having lunch. Can’t hear the commentators. The Clanger count is keeping me entertained.
