I was thinking Carltons win against Essendon. They are the worst side by far and probably the worst since the AFL started.

Yes
Had never beaten Sydney, lost 11 in a row, nothing to play for, Sydney everything to play for, 5 goals down at quarter time.
Were paying 150/1 at quarter time.

Yep, this

The Gold Coast were the longest odds ever since those stats were kept in 99. 17/1 at the start. saints were 16/1 against Freo in 14 and Gold Coast had a couple other entries in the top 5 including that most memorable moment at Football Park for their 1st win against the scum.

17/1 bloody hell  (Not saying it was unjustified).

I recall Brisbane beating West Coast in Perth when Brisbane were ordinary and the Weagles were hot (maybe 2006?). Brissy were $10-$11 at the time which was the biggest underdog collect I could remember.

I'm surprised by those odds JK, Brisbane made the finals in 2006 and still had a fair few of the premiership stars around.

Was a long trip for one quarter of footy, if you raised your arm to drink you couldn't squeeze it down again, they crammed them in.
Usually plenty of room to stand at the G or Ethiad, quick durry & drink access, been improved by raised platforms recently, Queens Birthday game got a good view both ends all game.
Hey soccer you owe us 45million.
