Unfortunately 8th will be making up the numbers, will probably finish with more losses than wins. Suns, Crows, Us and West Coast are ordinary. Crows probably the only one out of that group that could be competitive in week 1

Didn't see any of any of the Kardinia Park massacre, but looks as though St Kilda's forward line was non existent yet again. 2 marks inside 50. Defensive game plan doesn't seem to be working.

I agree, some of the blow outs and the gap between the best sides and the worst are worrying though, and the AFL must have some serious concerns over Brisbane at the moment - in great financial trouble, unable to draw a crowd and struggling on field.. sounds bit like Port couple seasons ago!

Unfortunately I think we (Gold Coast) will end up missing the 8. We really needed to steal that win on Sat, and our draw is very tough over the next couple of months.

On a side note, plenty of abuse has been said about the Crows and their inconsistency, but is it correct they have won 7 or their past 10? Perhaps they are travelling better than people realise - except the gap between their best and worst is the length of South Rd!
