Well you better give him 3 years then and not go down the same road you did with Hudson.

Bump, looks like we only have to wait until August 28th until we find out who from the bottom 8 teams at least are heading to the GC for next season.

yeah man you are wrong
Gold Coast have to give you something because its still a trade.
it depends on where you finished in your clubs BnF and what offer you get from your club and your age,
The Crows will probably get a top 10 pick in the draft for Bocky, they reckon if Gazza goes Geelong will get two top 10 picks

does it just go on this years performance. if so they would be lucky to get a top 10 pick. would be surprised if bock finishes any higher than top 15 maybe even 20 in the b and f mainly due to injuries and the crows b and f heavily favours players who play majority of games

I believe it goes on their total career achievements, so Best and Fairest awards and being named All Australian will count. Its actually a fairly good result for the Crows as he's injury prone, and his best is probably past him, and they have blokes like Davis, Talia and maybe Otten who can take his place, and they'll probably get a top 10 pick for him.

Port will probably lose Krakouer to GC, and get virtually nothing. But if he's the one un-contracted player the club loses, its not such a big deal.

I suppose the club that takes Bock will affect how high a draft pick the Cows get.

GC WILL need a key defender, and Bock can play CHB, and he is a leader, so if they don't get an absolute marquee player, he could be a potential Captain.

Such an important post (key defender, not the longshot of him being Captain), should see him as a top ten draft pick trade.
