I've never minded losing if my side has a real red hot go. They did tonight and despite losing I'm happy'ish with their performance. Considering I never thought they'd win in a fit, that's not a bad effort.

Let's hope they take that into the next 10 games!

I was still disappointed in the end however, cos I thought we might snatch it from the Saints, but full credit to them, they always looked more potent up forward than we did.

Special mentions to Bower, Jamo, Simmo, Gibbs and the much vaunted Stevens who I thought did a good job.

Great game of footy though despite being interrupted by some interesting umpiring interpretations.

They've really grown an extra leg this year. We're still fighting out of our weight division back there but their bodywork is second to none.
