Don't know if it has already been reported on there, but word is Brett Kirk to announce his retirement, effective at the season's end, today.

Brett Kirk, one of the most respected players and leaders in the AFL. Came off the rookie list in 1999 and grew into a fine leader on and off the field. Well done Captain Kirk, you are a legend =D>
