That's it, Fremantle are a new team this year! What a match, hard to top that for game of the year.

Win to Freo, what a great game!
I picked it, but would have loved to have seen James Podsiadly kick the winning goal, what a story he is.
Quite a few new players for Geelong I hadn't seen before and was impressed!
Well done Freo but I suspect it may be different in Melbourne in September with Otto, Scarlett, Mooney, etc back. ;)

Fantastic effort by Freo ... shows what can be achieved by busting your guts.

As good as that win was, the hardest test is to back that up next week.

Huge game for the Dockers against the Saints this week.
Will be interesting to see how they go. No Riewoldt will definitely help, but coming off two days less of a break and travelling should see the Saints win.

Another seat-of-the-pants finish ... well done, Dockers!!
But yes, it was a pretty pointless comment wasn't it?!

I backed Freo for the top 4 at 50/1 in the pre-season. Looking the goods at the moment.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

The best thing about being a Cat fan at the moment is that the games are normally pretty good. All three Geelong matches have been good games of footy, especially the last two. The Cats haven't put away a team 'St Kilda' style for quite a while now. Not great for the nerves!
