Its probably a 50/50 game, i'll tip Port simply because its at home, but without any real confidence.

I think NMFC by a couple of goals. Petrie out but id still rate McIntosh (hes playing right?) and Goldstein ahead of Ports ruckmen. North in my opinion will have one of the best midfields in a couple of years, but i think they're at the stage where it will be very tight in the middle of the ground.

Low scoring game i think.

NMFC - 68
PAFC - 54

port by 30 points. thought D. Stewart would have been a strong chance to play. looks classy and gives a great contest everytime. reckon hell come in when and if schulz puts in a few bad games in a row or when team balance requires. not sure on how big hoffs motor is but i hope if he doesnt get a go in ruck he atleast gets a go on a wing or something. i just have a feeling he could do a matty richardson, obviously not as classy, but i think he could provide a marking link from defence into attack and save tredders running down the wing as he does from time to time during games. on a side note im pretty happy with hitchcock, banner and trengrove in the side and hopefully they can realise their full potential and make me some serious dreamteam money. go the power!

I'd like to see the stats on weather for Port home games over recent years. Round 1, March and yet it rained all game at a Power home game.

I think its the kangaroos that bring the rain with them, always seems to be 5hit weather when the north melbourne boys come out to play
