As for any advantage NM had over the other teams at night .... was that final in 1997 or 1987?

LOL Yeah thanks mate!! ;)

Cats copped a blow with regard to finals draw in 97 no doubt, as have Brisbane, Adelaide and West Coast IIRC who earnt home finals that had to be played in Melbourne in other years .. At the end of the day, if any of the teams were good enough they still would have won through imho.
