Actually Richmond, Essendon, Melbourne, WCE & Freo are all worse the Port ATM....

Actually, instead of all this Port chokers crap, can someone actually give Carlton credit for the last quarter and relentless pressure, and the
way they went about it, to get the win ? I know I can.....

Yes i will do the same SJABC, Carlton never gave in & at no time did they believe they were ever out of it, they just plugged away & kept at Port.
Carlton knew if they sustained the intensity & win the hard ball gets Port would crumble as Port are no1 in not getting the hard ball.

Falling over in the end is football's great self fullfilling prophecy. Once you cop a comeback loss other sides pick up on this and it can then become something of a cycle. In the late nineties it was St Kilda who coughed up an eleven goal lead against the Hawks and had trouble finishing off the oppo for about the next year of that match. In our brilliant year of 2006 we coughed up a lead against West Coast and then copped a few more comeback victories as well. This year it is Port and Freo who are suffering from the malaise.

The only way to stop the rot is to hang on in one of these matches.

BTW, yes, this is a stupid trolling thread but it isn't it great that Port have put themselves in the line of fire LOL. Go the Port Powermantle Dockers!!
