Having watched precious little of Freo this year I caught most of the game this evening. Port Supporters dont get carried away with this win Freo are woeful. They should have had Port on toast 3 or 4 times 2day but they couldn't close the the gate. Instead of closing the gate as they should they continually left it wide open and invited port back in to win the game. Turnovers and poor decision making along with basic skill errors were a nightmare for a coach. Any player playing at Freo at the moment will come out of this as very damaged goods. Harvey was at his wits end in the box. Most Schoolboy teams dont make the simple errors that are killing this team off. It again concerns me that the dodo's at AFL house are wanting to expand the comp further when they already have 3-4 teams that just aren't up to the standard. Are they stupid enough to believe that 2 more teams will make it better. Thank God for the SANFL and at least some interest. Although the Dogs are making it a bit dull! Less teams in the AFL will make it stronger and more teams will give us more of the crap Port and Freo served up today.
