Easily, the Houston trade was the first part of the plan. Get into the 2024 draft, leave 2025 alone and hit 2026 ( Cochrane ) and 2027 ( Pilot, Salopek, Rodan ) to bring in some top end talent.
Rodan is part of Essendon’s NGA too and still a way off but the club seems pretty confident he will choose us.
Of course if we remain a rabble it will make his decision easy :)

His application was today ticked off after a thorough process which saw Cochrane's family provide a confirmation of Aboriginal descent certificate.
No real shock there.
Very good get for Port, will get the number 1 pick for close to the equivalent of their first plus chump change

Not when you consider the person making the determination (Vandenberg) is an ex-Port employee... ;)

Straight from the S Hocking playbook....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Yet Ryley Sanders was denied joining North via their academy only 2 years ago. #northtax

Played 11 games in the U16's comp this year, kicked 41 goals in those 11 games and averaged 23 touches, 4 marks, 3 tackles, 5 clearances and 6 I50's.

In one game he had 29 touches, 7 marks, 5 tackles, 6 I50's and kicked 6.3, in another 27 touches, 7 marks, 6 tackles and 9.4

Kid stands out on the field in the underage comps alright.
