On the Hadley trade to Carlton

the Lions are very pissed off

they stuck by Hadley during his two knee recon's, in return Hadley walks out on the club.......

the lions are not happy with this trade at all

NFC I have had enough of your negativity this week you have shown your true colours of those negative crows supporter types. You blast the club for not acting in previous years and now they do and you still give them a serve. jeez you are hard* man to please.

now back on topic, I am reasonably pleased with the crows activity this week, they have obviously looked at Moran for a long time and have some plans for him in the back half. Symes replaces the loss of Mattner who got an offer from the swans he couldn't refuse

They crows did pick up something they needed in the end Moran, big fella apparently can play a bit, I use the word apparently because I have not seen him in action before.

I would be interested to hear dutchys thoughts on how his team is shaping up for next year. I think Ben Davies will be alright but still would like to hear your thoughts.

Dont know anything about Davies and Power could be good or shit....Im not happy about losing Moran though, he has the X factor that could develop into anything....

I dare say cause the draft aint that strong this year that is why there have been more trades

NFC, maybe didnt play as a key defender but there werent too mnay bagging Moran after his first AFL game. I reckon there is that something there, could be a winner for the Crows.

I actually think Power will go Ok at the Kanga's. A lot of people dont rate him but at pick 48 it was a real steal IMO. Watch for him to go quite well.

As i mentioned earlier dont expect to much from Davies but he only cost pick 96 so either way it was worth a chance. Good to see him get another chance.

Was there any reason why he walked ?
I am happy he is in Blue Land as I think he can add to our defence
playing off a HBF, maybe a run in the middle, good player IMO.

after what happened to Josh kennedy i think its good that players can also F#k over the clubs. they can make players trade even when they dont want to its like a meat market so players should be aloud to walk out without clubs being pissed off

bottom line, I still believe the trade week process still requires some fine tuning and the Jay Schulz circumstance is a good example

Jay Schulz agreed to terms with Port Adelaide, only to have his move blocked because of bickering over draft picks.

The Power assumed the trade would be straightforward, with Schulz joining them in exchange for their second-round pick, No. 28.

But the Tigers wanted to also swap pick No. 18 for Port's No. 16 as part of the deal, the Power would not agree, now Schulz must now serve out the final year of his contract at Punt Rd.

swap pick No. 18 for Port's No. 16, Richmond, this is a disgrace, I feel for Schulz

Umm did you skip this entire season?

Just that IMO, he wasn't as good as before the injury.

I get the impression that Richmond are pretty hard to deal with in trades, I think Adelaide has been stuffed around a few times also
