Dee's definitely need a change

Coach and Player clean out

Players like Green, Johnstone and Bruce all need fresh environments, these blokes have failed to deliver consistently over time, if I was the Dee's I would trade while they still had some value in the Market

Other players that are in Danger

Holland, he is just shit-house, he is slow and has the turning circle of a mack-truck
Pickett, attitude issues, not good for a new footy culture
Rivers, promised much but delivered little

End of season will be the time to appoint a new coach and establish a new young leadership group consisting of Mclean, Bell, Davey and Sylvia
