Not on the FOXTEL kids stations, they are actually quite educational...

I bought a copy of the Herald Sun about 8 years ago - never again. And I will never pay to to be held captive in front of a TV screen.

Pity there are laws to prevent that happening i.e AFL is on the list of protected sports that must be available free to air

Yes that's right, at the moment ..............
Don't mean to rumour-monger tho - I'd be surprised if the Govt lets that one go in the future but who knows?
We need some FoxTel help because the free-to-air networks don't have enough air time to cater for all the sports they buy rights for on top of their normal programming. We inevitably end up with conflicts ie, FNF starting at 8.30 so they can show Better Homes & Gardens first, V8s v Sunday Football, etc, etc
