Well, he's been called a "reactive journalist" in this thread. If the bloke had made as many predictions during his career as mal does in the cricket forum there is no way he'd have been in the industry for as long as he has.

I think he's alright and I also think life's too short to get upset over who is writing/commentating on the game when there are 264 shows dedicated to footy each week on TV and radio and several thousand articles written a year.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.
