Good to see sanity prevail in the Whelan case!!!

Would have been an outrage if he was done for that!

AFL would have been softer than the national netball league.

Bring on round 2!!!

finally the afl has some sense and whelan got off. I can understand the bumps and shepards where the player jumps into the other and contacts the head, but where its just straight through and most of contact is between the waist and shoulder is fine, its just unfortunate the heads clashed. Unlucky for ball. If i was in balls situation, tough luck to me, well done to whelan.

The tribunal is soft on excessive and unnecessary violence, which will only encourage it. I'm a Crows supoorter and I'd give Bassett 2 or 3 two!

to soft? have you ever played footy? if you dont want a contact sport, go to etsa park and watch netaball.
