On the money there NFC. Saw both Martin and Jaensch on Saturday and both looked ready to slot in for Sloane and Mackay. Martin IS all class.

All I want to see tomorrow is someone smash Ballantyne (legally). He's up there with Milne as one of my most disliked players.

Hey lads,

Short notice I know, but if anyone is interested in 2 members tickets for tomorrows game, shoot me off a PM.

I can email transfer the tickets, so all you need is a printer at your end.

Cheers,

I hope Maric gets 6 weeks, we might get a decent ruckman in the side that actually does something.

We were pathetic today.

There will be some players that won't want to watch the match review. We need to recruit some hard nuts, we had too many 'outside' players today. Our tackling was pathetic, our pressure around a contest was almost non-existant, I saw one player in particuale twice shirk a contest and not put his body on the line.

Henderson - could he play that poorly again?
Otten - in another world today
Maric - need I say anymore?
Jaensch - soft as butter
and the list goes on.....

Port will go in as favourites next week after that effort. Probably would've anyway as form never seems to effect the outcome in Showdowns.

Ohh pity I didn't see this! I was in need of just that, 2 members tickets for some mates.

Anyway as for the game, what a rubbish performance. I can handle losing, but ALL I ask for is effort and intensity, and yesterday, especially in the first half, we got none. It was a terrible effort.

Get ready for the rollercoaster boys, because this is what it's going to be like all year I'm afraid.

The reality is the team is still a bunch of kids - which means one week they'll be chocolates and the next boiled lollies unfortunately.

Good timing for a Showdown I reckon - surely they can rediscover some intensity for that!

A tough day at the office all in all really.

Agree. Can't believe some people have us winning 19 games. We have just lost 4 of our best players in the clubs history and they aren't and have not been replaced overnight. Will be happy to make the 8 but even that may be aiming too high.
